Construction The Group is superior in its construction sector. The first phase construction of Xiangyu Bonded Area covered 0.6 sq. km, with a total input of RMB 1 billion. The development mode and economic returns has ranked forefront among 15 bonded areas nationwide. The second phase covers an area of 2 sq km and will be completed before the end of 2007 according to the plan. With the advantages of constructing and carrying on the bonded area, the Group is now speeding up the development of land, real estate and residential construction. It has built up bridgeheads in Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Shanghai and Kunshan .It enjoys the honor of Top 10 Real Estate Developer in Xiamen. The Group is also very strong in construction of ports, highway, bridges and comprehensive improvement of seashore.

Trade
Focusing mainly on the big production materials, the Group has a sales network covering most of the cities across the country with some goods leading the home market in price. Its sales revenue and profits are on the stable rise, ranking it for years running among the top 500 foreign trade enterprises in China. We are the vanguard of China's foreign trade in such indices as per capita sales revenue and per capita sales profits. The Group is Top 10 Polypropylene Trading Enterprise of Chin a in 2004.

Logistics Its logistics bases itself in bonded areas for the new logistics service, linking all major port cities in China with close cooperation with such world-known shipping companies as Hong Kong Singamas Container Holding Ltd, Pacific International Lines and Maersk. The annual sale growth rate of logistics service keeps over 30% .In addition; it also ranks among the top 100 logistics companies in China.

Port Its port industry is jointly developed with NWS Holdings Limited. The container berth in Xiangyu Port accounts for 1/4 of the total in Xiamen with an annual throughput of 1 million TEU. It has established 8 domestic and international routes. It enjoys such reputation as “Superior in comprehensive service for containers” and “Best in logistics and Information support” in China. According to the plan of Xiamen municipality and <General Outline of Xiamen Harbor>, the Group currently concentrates on the preparation work of Liuwudian Port area .The shoreline of the port has a length of 4.77 km along which 14 container berths will be built. It is one of the key projects with the aim of making Xiamen Harbor a pivot port for international cargo and containers.
