◆ Holding art festivals and sport games biannially.
◆ The "Chenfan" chorus got many prizes in all kinds of contests in Xiamen.
◆ Encouraging staffs to participate in International Marathon Race every year.
◆ Basketball teams, football teams, badminton teams and mountaineering parties, etc were established.
◆ Newspaper named as Chenfan and the website of the enterprise boast unique characteristics.

Social responsibilities
◆ Establishing “spring rain foundation” to help minimum earners and underprivileged students mainly by staff donation.
◆ Organizing volunteer teams to actively participate in various volunteer activities.
◆ Being the sponsor and core member of the volunteer association named as “dolphin’s friends” to protect Chinese white dolphins.
◆ With emphasis on the “Five One Project” to practice its social responsibilities:
Donating one-day income to the “spring rain foundation” once a year;
At least spending one day to participate in volunteer activities once a year;
Car owners giving up driving once a year;
Staff donating blood once a year under the permission of their health;
Contributing to one social welfare once a year.
